In August, 1994 Elliot Zulver purchased the Taylor Rental/ Party Plus franchise in Timonium. We're happy to announce that Baltimore's premier showroom has relocated to 1 Beaver Court in Cockeysville. Elliot Zulver is also the owner of the Walbrook Mill & Lumber Co., and SACO Supply.

Both of these companies sell building materials and supplies, with a long standing reputation for quality products and outstanding personalized service. At Taylor Rental Party Plus - we are equally committed to providing our customers with quality products and exemplary service. We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality rental equipment available. Therefore, we spend hundreds of thousands of dollars a year for new items and to replace old items in order to maintain this level of quality.

Since purchasing the business in 1994, Taylor Rental has spent over $3 million dollars upgrading its inventory - adding both a Tent Rental & Amusement Division. These additions have made Taylor Rental Party Plus the largest party rental company in the greater Baltimore Metropolitan area.

Our showroom location in Cockeysville is only minutes from downtown via interstate 83. With over 53,000 square feet available, we are now able to inventory and display all of our party rental equipment, including a 20' x 20' frame tent under one roof. AND, for your convenience, you can find and pick up all your rental needs in one location!

In 1998, we expanded our service area by opening Party Plus Rental, now located on 6770 Oak Hall Lane, Suite 114, in Columbia, Maryland. Our modern 2000 square foot showroom showcases our products so that customers can view our inventory.

Karen Abrams joined our staff in 2003 as an outside sales person. Karen brings years of restaurant and catering experience along with event planning. Previously, Karen was Director of Catering for Boston Market. She has planned both small and large events for people and is well versed in the intricacies of making an event successful. If you are in need of a tent, Karen is available to meet you at either of our locations or will come to your location. Karen will walk you through the ordering process; including sizing, location, lighting, and whatever else you need to make your event a success.

Harry Largent is the operations manager of the party rental divison. Harry has years of experience in the party rental business and is responsible for overseeing the operation of the 53,000 sq ft warehouse and our fleet of 7 delivery trucks.
